 活動注意事項 

1. 購票時請選擇您要參戰的隊伍（💙 Team Blue 藍隊 / 💛 Team Yellow）。隊伍資訊僅供活動分隊及互動機制使用，不影響票券價格、入場資格、觀演權益、活動體驗內容或現場分區安排
2. 早鳥售票期間，每個會員帳號不限票種，購票總數上限為4張。
3. 本活動限年滿18歲（含）以上者參加，入場時將嚴格查驗政府核發、附有照片之實體有效身份證件（國民身分證、健保卡、護照、駕照為限）；未攜帶、證件無法辨識或未滿 18 歲者，恕不得入場及退票。
4. 本活動無實名制，採 1 人 1 日 1 票，憑實體票券於活動現場指定地點驗票後兌換入場手環，且入場須配合安檢。
5. 票券與手環經使用或入場後即失效，不得重複使用。持票人入場後不得再次入場；中途離場視同放棄再次入場資格。若經工作人員判定手環有拆卸、轉移、破損、變造或其他異常情形，主辦單位有權拒絕其入場。
6. 活動期間一律以入場手環作為識別憑證，請全程配戴，請勿自行拆卸、破壞、轉讓、轉售或供他人使用。如經查獲，主辦單位有權立即取消其入場資格且不得要求退費。
7. 訂單確認後如想更換日期、票種，請申請退票後重新購買。
8. 購票及入場者代表同意主辦單位及其授權單位於活動期間進行攝影、錄影及直播等紀錄，並同意主辦單位得無償使用參加者之肖像、聲音及影像紀錄，作為活動紀錄、宣傳、行銷及相關推廣用途，使用範圍包含但不限於平面媒體、電子媒體、網路平台、社群媒體及其他相關宣傳管道。
9. 本活動將使用水柱、水槍、高分貝音響、強烈燈光及特殊舞台效果。為維護參加者健康與安全，孕婦、65歲以上長者、患有心血管疾病、高血壓、癲癇、氣喘或其他不適合參與劇烈活動者，以及對強光、閃光或高音量敏感者，請審慎評估自身健康狀況後再行購票及入場。
10. 為維護活動安全，禁止攜帶危險物品、玻璃容器、雷射筆、煙火爆竹、空拍機、專業攝錄設備（經主辦單位核准者除外）及其他經主辦單位認定可能影響活動安全之物品入場。
11. 本活動為戶外活動，除政府公告停班停課、天災或其他不可抗力因素外，原則上雨天照常舉行。
12. 單日GA愛心票僅限活動當天現場購票，提供身心障礙人士及陪同者購買。
13. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，最新資訊與相關規定請以WATERBOMB KAOHSIUNG Facebook、Instagram、X等相關官方社群公告為準，主辦單位保留本活動及相關演出內容之最終解釋權，並有權視情況修改、變更或終止活動內容。

 Terms & Conditions 

1. When purchasing tickets, please select the team you wish to join (💙 Team Blue or 💛 Team Yellow). Team selection is solely for event team assignments and interactive activities, and does not affect ticket prices, admission eligibility, viewing rights, event experience, or venue zoning arrangements.
2. During the Early Bird sales period, each member account may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets in total, regardless of ticket type.
3. This event is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. All attendees must present a valid government-issued physical photo ID (National ID Card, National Health Insurance Card, Passport, or Driver’s License) for age verification upon entry. Attendees who fail to present valid identification, whose identification cannot be verified, or who are under the age of 18 will be denied entry without refund.
4. This event is not name-based admission. Admission is based on one ticket per person, per day. Ticket holders must exchange their valid physical ticket for an admission wristband at the designated location on-site and comply with all security screening procedures before entering the venue.
5. Tickets and admission wristbands become invalid once used for entry and may not be reused. Re-entry is not permitted after admission. Leaving the venue will be deemed as forfeiture of re-entry privileges. The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission to any attendee whose wristband is found to be removed, transferred, damaged, altered, counterfeited, or otherwise deemed invalid.
6. Admission wristbands serve as the sole identification credential throughout the event and must be worn at all times. Wristbands must not be removed, damaged, transferred, resold, or used by any other person. Violators may have their admission privileges revoked immediately without refund.
7. If you wish to change the event date or ticket type after your order has been confirmed, you must first apply for a refund in accordance with the ticketing platform’s policy and then purchase a new ticket.
8. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by the Organizer and its authorized parties during the event. Attendees further grant the Organizer the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute their likeness, voice, and recorded images for event documentation, publicity, marketing, promotional activities, and related purposes, without compensation. Such usage may include, but is not limited to, print media, electronic media, websites, social media platforms, and other promotional channels.
9. This event will feature water cannons, water guns, high-volume sound systems, intense lighting, and special stage effects. For health and safety reasons, pregnant individuals, persons aged 65 or above, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, or any condition that may be aggravated by strenuous activity, as well as those sensitive to bright lights, flashing effects, or loud sounds, are strongly advised to carefully assess their health condition before purchasing tickets and attending the event.
10. To ensure public safety, attendees are prohibited from bringing dangerous items, glass containers, laser pointers, fireworks, drones, professional photography or video recording equipment (unless approved in advance by the Organizer), or any other items deemed hazardous or inappropriate by the Organizer.
11. This is an outdoor event. Unless otherwise required by government orders, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances, the event will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions.
12. GA Accessible Tickets are available exclusively for on-site purchase on the event date and are limited to persons with disabilities and one accompanying companion.
13. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets. The latest event information, announcements, and regulations will be published through the official WATERBOMB KAOHSIUNG social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and X. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions, modify event details, change program content, or cancel the event if necessary.

 購票方式說明 

1. 本節目網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，購票前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行購票流程。（進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我）

 How To Purchase Tickets 

1. This program's website only accepts purchases from members who have completed phone number and email verification. Before purchasing, please "join as a member" and complete the "phone number and email address" verification as soon as possible to proceed with the ticket purchase process. (If you do not receive the SMS for phone number verification, please click here.)
2. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
3. The order confirmation email may not be delivered due to other factors and is only for transaction notification purposes. Not receiving the order confirmation email does not mean the transaction was unsuccessful or the credit card payment failed. Please try to make the payment again within the payment deadline (even if you receive a successful authorization SMS or email from the bank). If the order is canceled due to expiration, it means the order was not successfully placed, and you will need to reorder. If you are unable to confirm the transaction status on the website, please check your purchase details in the "Orders" section of your member account. If you cannot find your purchased tickets, it means the transaction was unsuccessful, and you need to reorder.
4. The KKTIX system does not have a fixed ticket clearing time. Tickets not paid for within the deadline will be released for sale intermittently. Consumers can check if there are any available tickets released.

   • Each click of the「 + 」button adds 2 tickets, which equals one (1) 2-Day Pass. Clicking the「 + 」button twice will display 4 tickets, which equals two (2) 2-Day Passes.
6. KKTIX Website Ticket Purchase：

   • To enhance online credit card payment security, the KKTIX ticketing system has implemented a more secure credit card 3D verification service. Members will receive an SMS verification code when purchasing tickets to ensure the card number belongs to the cardholder, providing a safer online transaction environment.    • Ticket collection method: FamilyMart ticket collection (handling fee of $30 per transaction, limited to 4 tickets, payable at FamilyMart convenience store counter)

   • Please note if you choose to collect your tickets at FamilyMart FamiPort: Do not collect your tickets at FamilyMart immediately after ordering online. You will need to wait until the ticket collection period begins. You can collect your tickets at any time from the start of the collection period until the performance date. There is no need to collect your tickets during peak hours to save your valuable time.
7. FamilyMart FamiPort Ticket Purchase：

   • After printing the payment slip at FamilyMart Convenience Store FamiPort, you must complete the payment at the counter within 10 minutes. 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請(未取票)或郵戳日(已取票)為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費

• 範例：2026/6/23購買，退票截止日為2026/6/26 (含)，2026/6/27 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 若購買 雙日票票種，退換票亦需將2張或4張票券辦理退票，恕不受理單張退票。

 Refund Procedures 

According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handling fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them.

• For example：Tickets purchased on 2026/6/23 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2026/6/26. Tickets mailed out on and after 2026/6/27 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• For 2-Day Pass tickets, refunds or exchanges must be requested for all 2 or 4 tickets purchased together. Individual ticket refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
• Uncollected Tickets：If you wish to request a refund, please complete the refund request form at the link below within the designated refund period.

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
2. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！
3. 每人憑票券兌換手環入場。
4. 票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
5. 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失，主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制：主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
6. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
7. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
8. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
9. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法！
10. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。

 Notice 

1. Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or other non-officially authorized KKTIX channels, nor through unknown ticket agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through these means. To avoid potential fraud or transaction disputes and ensure your rights, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any issues, including denied entry at the event.
2. Any form of ticket resale at a higher price, whether labeled as service fees, transportation fees, or other charges, is illegal. According to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2 and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1, reselling tickets above face value may result in fines ranging from ten to fifty times the ticket price, imposed by the local government. Do not attempt this.
3. Each attendee must exchange their ticket for a wristband before entry.
4. Tickets are considered valuable documents; please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, burnt, or unrecognizable tickets will not be reissued.
5. In the event of a damaged, destroyed, or lost ticket, the organizer will handle the matter in accordance with Article 7 of the Standard Form Contract for Performing Arts Tickets, which requires organizers to provide and clearly explain the admission procedures for such cases. For more information, please contact the KKTIX Customer Service Center.
6. Cameras, camcorders, DV recorders, and audio recorders are not allowed. Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited.
7. Outside food and beverages, metal objects, glass containers, PET bottles, laser pointers, fireworks, and other dangerous items are not allowed.
8. Each venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply with these rules. Latecomers must follow the venue's regulations.
9. Consumers must use their real names and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If purchasing on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to buy tickets violates Article 210 of the Criminal Code ("Forgery of Private Documents") and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1-3, which states that using false information or other improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to three years imprisonment or a fine of up to NT$3 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders immediately.
10. Upon entering the venue, if you find your view obstructed, please notify on-site staff within 10 minutes of the performance’s start. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the seating conditions. Neither the organizer nor the ticketing agent will accept any subsequent claims for compensation, exchanges, or refunds.
